Hi, I’m Amy.

As both co-owner of Bear Canyon and a Precision Certified Nutrition Coach, it’s my passion to teach people how to get from point A (how you look and feel today) to point B (looking and feeling your very best).

Understanding the emotional hardships that my clients struggle with around food is a key component of a great nutrition program, and I’m here to guide you through the process. Together, we’ll help you reach your goals – and then some!

FAQS

How do I know if I need the 6 or 8 week program?

Well, that depends.  If this is your first time working with a nutrition coach I recommend you sign on for 8 weeks. Many clients take it in 6 week increments and we move along each week to make sure we build on healthy habits. We can review this in our first meeting. 

How quickly will I begin to see results?
All results depend on how committed you are and how willing you are to embrace the program. I have seen great results in the first few weeks. Other clients need more time to get into the swings of things. Don’t stress about results,  I promise they will come. 
Is a gym membership required to join the nutrition program?
No, you are not required to have a gym membership. I will however ask you to move your beautiful body because it’s good for you. 
Will I have to eat something entirely different than my family?

I think this depends on what your family eats. My goal is to teach you what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat. We work on establishing healthy habits so that you can teach those habits to your family. 

What if I have a vacation or special event planned during the program?

Vacations are great. I encourage them and I will work with you on finding balance while on vacation. Life is to be enjoyed. As you establish healthy habits you will learn how to go on vacation and not fall completely off the wagon.
