Take 12 Mins to FInd a 1RM
Metcon (Weight)
15 Min EMOM
5- 15 DU
1 Snatch.
Every Minute- Perform 5-15 DU (if you are good at DU do 15 if working on them 5-15.
Then perform 1 Snatch (Full squat).
*Increase Weight Each Minute until failure. if you fail- drop 20# then stay at that weight until emom is over.
*score is total weight moved
