*only place bar can rest is in the finished/lockout position of a deadlift or front rack (on touch and go deadlift, if bar rests on the ground in any way, it is a break and set must be restarted)
*for scoring, each unbroken round of “DT” counts as 1 rep (i.e. if you complete 1 unbroken round of “DT” and 20 pistol squats, your score is 21 reps)
