EMOM 15 minutes. I “squat” clean and Split jerk.
yes a split jerk, no powers allowed.
This is not a tester and i know most of you will try for a heavy single, BUT try and start at 70% and finish around 85%

6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1-minute.
