How I was introduced to CrossFit: my older sister introduced me to CrossFit when I was going through a break up years ago. She drug me to a 5:00pm class. I didn’t even want to go but she made me lol

If I never had to do this one exercise ever again, I would be awesome:Burpees and thrusters I could live without lol
If I had to makeup my own WOD, it would be: straight double unders, power cleans, and rowing lol

Tell us a little about yourself (family, job, hobbies, etc) :I was born and raised in Abq and graduated from eldorado high school then UNM. I have two siblings and 3 handsome nephews! I’ve been a realtor with Coldwell banker legacy for almost 3 years now and I love what I do.

My proudest accomplishment is (doesn’t have to be CF related):Leaving my hourly job to start my career three years ago and winning the abq realtor rookie of the year award my first year.

What has been your biggest accomplishment at Bear Canyon? Feeling more confident in my lifts and hitting heavier lifts than before.
My favorite cheat/ indulgence- meal/food is: Any pasta dish or pizza and candy.
What is your favorite music to workout to?:Rap/hip hop

What I love about Bear Canyon Crossfit: The people. Coaches and all members

What would you tell a friend who wanted to try CrossFit? You won’t like it for like the first few weeks, but then you’ll love it lol

How has BCCF helped you during the Covid? BCCF has kept me moving and sane during all this. With so much change and uncertainty, BCCF was my constant. Forever grateful!
