How I was introduced to Bear Canyon CrossFit- HIIT Class:

The lovely Christy Roukema introduced me to the HIIT Class at Bear Canyon CrossFit

If I never had to do this one exercise ever again, I would be stoked:

If I never had to ride the Airdyne (with Amy watching my speed) I would be stoked!

If I had to makeup my own Workout, it would be: 

If I had to make up my own workout it would probably include burpees, slam balls, box step ups, squats and sprints.

Tell us a little about yourself (family, job, hobbies, etc) :

I’m a stay at home mom. I’ve been married to Jeremy for almost 16 years. We have 5 awesome kids. I like to shop, decorate, read, hike and travel.

My proudest accomplishment is (doesn’t have to be BCCF related):

I’m super proud of myself for loosing 30 lbs this year!

My favorite cheat meal/food is:

Favorite cheat meal… I haven’t “cheated” in so long I can’t even think of what I’d cheat with, maybe fresh baked bread.

What is your favorite song to workout to?:

I love working out to loud upbeat music during HIIT class.

What I love about Bear Canyon Crossfit:

Working out hard with my friends at Bear Canyon CrossFit is an important part of my routine. Amy’s class is hard but I love it!
