15/12 calories bike, rower, Ski or run 400 meters

15 Wallballs

you can take a large item like water jug and do cleans like you would a wallball clean

1 Round:

30 Burpees Deadlifts use DB or KB or Barbell

Burpee then Deadlift

5 Rounds

15/12 Cal Bike or 400 meter run

15 Wallballs or cleans with an object

1 Round:

30 Devil Press 45/30

All for time / No rest
