Why CrossFit?:
After having tried (and failed) at a traditional gym many times, it was time to try something new. I was going to a gym in Tulsa and they had a class that was CrossFit-ish. I gave that a shot, and then joined a box there…that pretty much changed everything for me.
Tell us about your fitness background:
For those of you who have seen old photos of me know, fitness for me was watching sports on tv.
What’s your favorite CrossFit workout or exercise?:
I have to say assault bike and Karen

I’m a homebody, so normally relaxing or at work.

I’m addicted to pretty much anything Harry Potter.My favorite sports teams are the Green Bay Packers, the Boston Red Sox, the Utah Jazz.I would love to write a book someday.
What can BCCF athletes expect from you as a coach?:
I always try to be as supportive as possible while still pushing athletes to get out of their comfort zone. I think I have a good perspective, being that I was never involved in sports when I was younger, so I understand the struggle it takes to grow. I’ll always be there to help and to continue to grow to become better and better everyday.
