* May seem boring, but mental toughness during long single modality workouts is what most athletes lack and fear. Can you pick a calorie count and stick to it? SUB 35? 40? or Do you think you can do Sub 30? Itll hurt, but this is a great test to your aerobic capacity and mental fortitude.
