I’m a ‘non-working’ dental hygienist with with a fabulous husband and two wild boys who are by far my greatest joy and accomplishment.  Staying at home with them and being a homemaker has always been my ideal life…with some traveling, baking, friends, and great excecise sprinkled in there!

I was invited to Bear Canyon by a friend of a friend (neither come anymore sadly) and was hooked immediately by the intensity and ever evolving workouts.

Least Favorite Workout: I would be happy to never to wall balls, the bike, or burpees!

Ideal Workout: A perfect WOD for me would be lots of weight lifting sequences with zero cardio…and brunch right after!!

Favorite cheat foods are enchiladas, mashed potatoes, and ice cream… yum!

At Bear Canyon, I love the hard workouts, the camaraderie, and pure love for moving the body…doing hard stuff with great, inspiring people!
