Tyler started Crossfit in 2012, has been training competitively for 4 years, and coaching for 2 years. He’s a photographer, can quote 99% of the opening scenes of The Office and can walk on his hands better than he can walk on his feet!

Food: steak, chicken, rice & veggies

Movie: Cant Choose, but any scary, comedy, action, or suspense  

Music: Country (unless Im working out)

I give the criticism needed to improve on their weakness and strength.
