How I was introduced to CrossFit:
Some old friends got me into it and I’m super grateful that they pushed me past the first couple of horrible months where I hated CrossFit, because now I’m in love with it.

I work at a real estate company but I just started going back to school part time. I haven’t picked a major yet, but I’m leaning towards Physical Therapist. I love hiking on weekends w my dog. I love food, I love to travel, I’m always down for an adventure and trying new things. My hobbies include taking boomerang videos and making people laugh.
My proudest accomplishment is (doesn’t have to be CF related):
Becoming Athlete of the Month… And just being able to constantly push myself and overcome my limits and see myself grow mentally and physically every day.
My favorite cheat meal/food is: Beer & Pizza

What I love about Bear Canyon Crossfit:
Everything! From the first time I went to Bear Canyon I felt like I fit right in! Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. We all cheer each other on and there is so much love and support all the time. The coaches are extremely attentive and helpful (and only roll their eyes at me sometimes ). The different weekly classes like Yoga, OLY & Strongman keep things interesting. And more than anything I love my cute new nickname #BBear which everyone knows is short for #boomerangbear.
