How I was introduced to CrossFit: I was introduced to crossfire through a softball coach who did crossfit.
If I never had to do this one exercise ever again, I would be stoked: burpees
If I had to makeup my own WOD, it would be: AMRAP consisting of power cleans, handstand push ups,pull ups and snatches
Tell us a little about yourself (family, job, hobbies, etc) : I’m 16, I’ve been doing crossfit since May of 2016. I play Softball at Sandia Highschool, my family, friends, and crossfit are some of the most important things in my life.
My proudest accomplishment is (doesn’t have to be CF related): My best accomplishment is increasing my dead lift by over 100 pounds since starting crossfit
My favorite cheat meal/food is: pizza or donuts!
What is your favorite song to workout to?: Lose Yourself by Eminem
What I love about Bear Canyon Crossfit: I love Bear Canyon crossfit because everybody is very welcoming, and loving. Both the staff and the members are always very friendly and hard working. I’ve made many friends through Bear Canyon Crossfit in turn growing my love for the sport.
