How I was introduced to CrossFit:
I was competing as a powerlifter and met some crossfit athletes who introduced me to crossfit.
If I never had to do this one exercise ever again, I would be stoked:

If I had to makeup my own WOD, it would be:
My own invented WOD would be a compilation of hand stand walks, hand stand push ups, muscle ups, toes to bar, and dead lifting.
Tell us a little about yourself (family, job, hobbies, etc) :
I am married and a mother of 3 with a furry J dog. I have been serving and treating patients for 10 years as a practitioner specialized in Orthopedics sports medicine and emergency surgical services. I avidly enjoy and love crossfit, swimming, dancing, reading and being outdoors.

What I love about Bear Canyon Crossfit:
Bear canyon crossfit is a very warm and welcoming environment. I have a blast working out. I love that it offers a wide range of classes from HIIT, kettle bell, barbell strength, strongman, yoga and an extra plus child care.
And finally, a little about your new crossfit baby:)
BCCF has a lot of very strong supportive pregnant women who paved the way for me and showed me that women can successfully workout safely while pregnant and stay in shape. It helped my labor as well as recovery. I was able to maintain energy and persevere with everyone’s support. I gave birth to a healthy baby boy!!!!
