We require all new-to-Crossfit clients to attend a series of one hour sessions that will systematically teach the fundamental movements of CrossFit during a four week period. Workouts incorporate gymnastics, Olympic lifting, kettlebells, running, rowing and various other skills incorporated into exciting and challenging “workouts of the day” (WOD). In our one-on-one intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. By taking our Foundations classes, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring an easy transition into the Group Workouts on completion.

Strongman is a perfect – and fun – way for CrossFitters to increase strength without using a barbell. Because of the often-awkward size, shape and consistency of the objects in strongman, the lifts tend to have less efficiency than those done with a barbell. These loads challenges the neuromuscular system in a way a barbell cannot and better mimic challenges found outside the gym. Get with Coach Reuben for more details!

One-on-One Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your experienced coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, conduct a functional movement assessment, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. One-on-one coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
Our personal coaching package prices vary depending on the number and duration of coaching sessions.. We have packages ranging from one session per month to four sessions per week. Contact our qualified coaches to start your assessment and find the personal training package that is best for you!
Meet our Coaches
This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.
